How to apply online

Please read this information carefully before APPLYING online:

  • You can choose to apply online in the following manner:

College website – King Hintsa TVET College (kinghintsacollege.edu.za), or visit your nearest King Hintsa Campus to be assisted with ONLINE WALK-IN ASSISTANCE

  • You can choose any of the following devices available to you:

CELL PHONE/LAPTOP/TABLET/COMPUTER.

  • ONLY applications received during the specified period will be considered. Applications received after the closing date will not be processed.
  • This is an application process not an acceptance offer.
  • Please apply on time as space are limited and preference is given to students based on merit and learners from our catchment area.
  • Please ensure that you have the following documents in digital format(PDF) available for uploading when requested:
  • Grade 12 certificate/Statement of results or School report – whichever is applicable
  • ID Document
  • ID Document of Parent/Guardian
  • All documents must be certified and not older than 3months
  • This is for FIRST TIME APPLICANTS ONLY – if you skip a TRIMESTER/SEMESTER/YEAR or two you are regarded as a new applicant.
  • Successful applicants will be notified per SMS to come and register, ONLY after the CLOSING DATE of the application regarding the outcome and information about the registration and enrolment process.
  • Please apply for a NSFAS BURSARY – www.nsfas.org.za or you can be assisted on campus.
  • You can track your own progress on your student portal.
